Competition regulations

1. The organizer of the competition is Mariusz Robak, Czytankowa14/4, Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Duration of the action: 09.08-22.08.2021.

3. To enter the competition, you must post a comment under the competition post on Facebook. Comments taking part in the competition must contain the answer to the competition question: "WHICH CLIMBING PLACE DO YOU DREAM THE MOST ABOUT, AND WHY?". You can additionally attach an image or a movie to the comment.

4. Comments may not infringe the law, rights of third parties or personal rights of third parties. They may not contain vulgar and offensive content, nudity, pornography, offending feelings of other people, including religious, violent, racist, violating the right to privacy, containing materials protected by exclusive rights (e.g. copyright) without the consent of the rightholders.

5. The competition prizes are 2 pieces of Rubin Hangnoard in accordance with the rules described in the competition post.

6. From among the answers compliant with the regulations, the Competition Commission will select 2 the most interesting and will award their authors a prize. The results will be announced by 25.08.2021 on the public timeline, on the profile

7. One person may send any number of answers to the competition question.

8. Comments posted on Facebook by 22.08.2021 by 23:59.

9. Employees of the Organizer and their families are not allowed to participate in the competition.

10. The organizer does not provide for the possibility of exchanging the prize or paying a cash equivalent.

11. By taking part in the competition, you accept these regulations.

12. In order to collect the prize, the winners are required to send a private message, no later than 72 hours from the date the Organizer sends information about the prize. The winner is obliged to provide the following data: name, surname, address, postal code and telephone number. If the winner cannot be contacted or the regulations are not met, the prize will be forfeited.

13. The personal data referred to in sec. 12 are required to submit the prize. They will not be processed in any other way than for the purposes of resolving this competition.

14. The receipt of the prize will be agreed with the winners no later than 25.08.2021.

15. The processing of personal data of the Competition Participants takes place on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The administrator of personal data provided by the Competition Participants is Mariusz Robak, which, in order to properly conduct the Competition, processes the Competition Participant's personal data in accordance with Art. 13 sec. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The competition participant has the right to access their personal data and correct or delete them.

16. The Regulations are the only document defining the rules of the Competition. Its interpretation belongs to the Organizer.
